I pondered whether I should publish the last post or not, waiting for a confirming sign.
The next day we took in the rugged beauty of Fanad Head in the Gaeltacht. (Predominately Irish speaking area)
We stopped short of doing the Fanad lighthouse tour, settling instead for a cup of coffee at the cafe.
I sat on while Hilary went for a wander around the shop.
I noticed the felted picture on the wall opposite me of a ship in a storm and took a snap.
Theresa at the counter, was the matriarch of the whole operation.
A jolly joker she was gobsmacked by the way in which Hilary had been able to reinvent a ‘regular’ Aran sweater by dyeing it an attractive sea green!
“Oh! It fits you perfectly!’ ‘……’Go on spoil yourself!’ commented a couple of Dutch tourists as I tried on one of the shop’s Arans for myself.
Persuaded to purchase I chatted with Theresa asking for details of the advertised ‘Fanad Music and Culture Festival..’
It seemed the program was Theresa’s personal possession as she pulled it up on her phone and went over the events with me one by one.
‘So are you an Irish speaker yourself?” She asked.
‘Oh no’ I smiled.
Then later it occurred to me I did have an ‘O Ireland’ CD in the car.
‘Theresa’ I said. ‘I have to confess I wasn’t entirely honest with you. Tell me do you have a CD player ?’
‘Aye. I have two at home’
‘Well I would like to give you a gift. This is an album of my songs. And this second one is recorded first in English…… and then in Irish.”
Well she was as gobsmacked by this as with Hilary’s Aran.
‘For me? Really? ……and you wrote these songs? And this one’s in Irish? Oh I can’t wait to get home and listen to it. Thank you so so much.” She effused.
Returning home we went over our photos. I noticed in Hilary’s this one….
Somehow unbeknownst to me, she had also been prompted to take a photo of the very same felted picture of a ship in a storm at sea.
But beyond this ‘God-incidence’ it was the reflections on the glass that really got my attention.……
It seemed, taking the two photos in sequence, as if the ship was passing through a window, and that beyond the storm there was a bright grassy field.
This was the double witness I was looking for confirming the message I was being given in the last blog post.

I have been reading Johnny Enlow’s commentary on The Book of Enoch.
It is clear that we are living in the time described in Chapter 1 verse 1
‘These are the words of the blessing of Enoch, with which he blessed the elect and righteous, who will be living in the day of tribulation, when all the wicked and godless are to be removed from the earth.”
‘So hold on to your seats (in Christ in heavenly places) and adopt (not the brace but) the grace position.’
Beyond the storm there will open up a beautifully bright future field🙂

I was lead to this passage in Obadiah declaring both Christ’s (Christina) deliverance and judgement
